This really does solve some reflux issues. I recommend this to anyone with digestive problems.
Helped with indigestion from a meal I ate within minutes. Since I have no gall bladder or appendix, these enzymes have been a wonderful digestion aid. I can see why these are a bestseller. Before, I would take peppermint or fennel with minimal help. Digest-A-Meal helped soothe my symptoms quickly.

I’ve been using OHS Digestion for over 10 years on several Drs (including DO, Naturopathic, Reiki, and Gut health repair coach). It helps me if I over eat, eat something difficult to digest, to treat or prevent mild reflux, and to ease SIBO reactions. I don’t need it when I’m eating really clean, but I Would not want to live without it!

Optimal Digestion is like a swiss army knife of nutritional support. It has so many uses from a nutritional standpoint and I love it! This is the best enzyme and digestive formula I've ever tried. It eliminated a decades-long digestive issue for me. I use it as an excellent treatment for diarrhea. It takes longer than medication, but you don't get constipated later on as you can with medication. So I feel it's worth being patient.
